Bangcheng Machinery (established in 2000) provides you with a high-efficiency and stable extrusion production line for wood-plastic composite materials (WPC), suitable for mass production of wood-plastic products such as outdoor flooring, railings, pavilions, pallets, and furniture.

This equipment efficiently melt-blends plastics (PE, PP, PVC, etc.) with natural fibers such as wood flour, bamboo flour, and rice husks, and then extrudes them to obtain high-performance wood-plastic composite products. The production line can be highly matched with customer formulas and mold requirements, achieving continuous, stable, and low-energy production.

Dedicated screw design

Optimized for the high-filling characteristics of wood flour, ensuring uniform mixing, good plasticization, and reducing fiber ablation and decomposition.

Two-stage extrusion process (optional)

Employs a twin-screw high-speed mixing process + a single-screw low-speed low-temperature pressure build-up process to improve product surface quality and mechanical properties.

Highly compatible feeding system

Can be equipped with loss-in-weight feeding and forced side feeding devices to effectively solve the problems of loose wood powder and easy bridging.

Integrated auxiliary equipment

Supports matching with Bangcheng vacuum feeder, dehumidifier, dryer, mixer, crusher and central conveyor system, making the whole line energy-saving and efficient.

 

Automated control

PLC and human-machine interface, precise closed-loop control of temperature, torque and pressure, and support for process recipe storage and one-click switching.
