I. Overall Structure of the Plastic Recycling Grinding Machine

1. Automatic Feeding Station

A mobile square feeding hopper, equipped with a strong magnetic iron removal device and conveyor belt feeding, variable frequency speed regulation for uniform feeding, can adsorb iron filings and metal impurities in the material, protecting the grinding disc from damage by hard objects; effectively preventing material bridging and blockage; the frame is made of carbon steel with powder coating, and the bottom is equipped with casters for easy relocation and transportation.

2. Main Grinding Assembly

The parts of the grinding chamber that come into contact with the material are made of wear-resistant alloy material. The grinding chamber has an optimized air duct design, suitable for materials such as PE, PVC, SEBS, and calcium powder modified plastics; depending on the customer's product material, a disc mill or a cutter mill model can be selected; standard motor, with options for dual-speed motors or variable frequency motors; integrated shock-absorbing base, low operating vibration and high stability.

3. Cyclone Separator for Pneumatic Material Collection

Uses a full 304 stainless steel cyclone collecting cylinder. Airflow classifies and separates qualified powder, while coarse material automatically falls back into the grinding chamber for secondary grinding. The large-arc conical hopper prevents material accumulation and wall adhesion.

4. Pulse Bag Filter Dust Collector

Equipped with a pulse bag filter for dust collection, fine dust is automatically collected and recycled, eliminating raw material waste. An independent induced draft fan ensures airflow matching grinding capacity.

5. Vibrating Screen

Uses a stainless steel vibrating screen to classify and screen coarse and fine powder. Unqualified coarse material is returned for re-grinding, ensuring uniform powder particle size.

6. Electrical Control Cabinet

An independent vertical control box provides centralized start/stop control for the entire Plastic Recycling Grinding Machine. Core electrical components include a frequency converter and low-voltage electrical appliances, integrating overload, phase loss, and overheat protection functions.
