1. High-efficiency mixing and high torque output

2. Modular screw and barrel design

- The screw and barrel adopt a modular, building-block structure, which makes it easy to quickly adjust the configuration of the mixing section, exhaust section, pressure building section, etc. according to the formula and process requirements.

- High-quality alloy steel and bimetallic bushing process provide excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

3. Precise temperature control and efficient exhaust

- The combination of multi-stage independent electric heating and oil/water cooling system achieves precise temperature control at ±1°C level, preventing material degradation.

- The large-opening exhaust port design, combined with the negative pressure exhaust device, effectively removes moisture, monomers and low-molecular-weight volatiles, improving the quality of the granules.

4. Intelligent operation and energy-saving operation

- The Single Screw Extrusion Machines are equipped with a PLC human-machine interface control system, supporting recipe storage, one-click retrieval of process parameters, real-time monitoring of operating status, and fault alarms.

- The high-efficiency drive motor and optimized screw speed matching reduce energy consumption per unit output, meeting the requirements of green manufacturing.
