This Twin-Screw Compounding Extruder machine can be flexibly configured with screw element combinations, vacuum degassing, side feeding, and water/oil cooling systems according to customer formulas and process requirements. It is widely used in engineering plastic reinforcement and modification, filler masterbatch, color masterbatch, cable materials, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE/TPR), and recycled material regranulation. The screw and barrel are made of high wear-resistant alloy materials and are nitrided or bimetallic treated, resulting in long service life and easy maintenance.

By integrating with Bangcheng Machinery's centralized feeding system, automatic batching line, and drying equipment, a fully automated production solution can be built, reducing energy consumption and labor costs.
