Working principle
The Ribbon Blender Machine operates using a double-ribbon stirring structure installed within a horizontal U-shaped tank.
The outer spiral ribbon pushes the material from both sides towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon transports the material from the center to both sides, forming a continuous cyclical convection motion. Through continuous tumbling and shearing, materials of different densities and particle sizes gradually reach a uniform mixing state.
