The production line adopts a dual-flow mold + dual-vacuum forming structure, where the melt extruded by the main machine is split and simultaneously formed into two pipes. Compared with the traditional single-pipe production line, the output is increased by more than 80% under the same main machine energy consumption, effectively reducing the manufacturing cost per meter of pipe.
