Electric Vacuum Feeder
The Electric Vacuum Feeder is an automated conveying device that uses an electric vacuum pump as a negative pressure source for the dust-free conveying and automatic feeding of powder and granular materials.
This equipment is widely used in the plastics processing, chemical powder, food and pharmaceutical and new energy materials industries. It can automatically transport materials from storage tanks, packaging bags or silos to mixers, hoppers or extruders to achieve efficient, continuous and closed production.
Working principle
The Electric Vacuum Feeder uses an electric vacuum pump to generate a stable negative pressure, which allows materials to enter the conveying pipeline under the action of airflow, and completes automatic separation and collection.
The operation process includes:
- The electric vacuum pump starts and forms a negative pressure system.
- Material enters the conveying pipeline through the suction port.
- Gas-solid separation device separates materials from air
- Filtration system intercepts dust particles
- Materials enter the target equipment or silo
- The system automatically cleans the dust and enters the next conveying cycle.
