System composition of the feeding system

The core hardware components of the feeding system include a central control console, feeding main unit, conveying pipeline network, central dehumidification and drying system, dust removal and filtration system, and other key components. The central control console uses a PLC and a large-size human-machine interface touch panel, featuring functions such as pipe evacuation and cleaning, automatic dust washing, alternating switching of main units, and manual material selection to prevent errors. It can also monitor the raw material usage and equipment status of each molding machine. The feeding main unit adopts a non-stop motor design and is equipped with a safety pressure relief valve. Typically, two main units operate alternately with automatic switching valves to ensure conveying stability.

The conveying pipeline network adopts a sealed loop design of "one machine, one pipe" to reduce bends and prevent raw material moisture regain and blockage. The central dehumidification and drying system includes a drying hopper and a dehumidifier for drying the raw materials. The dust removal and filtration system includes an automatic reversible cyclone dust collector and a high-efficiency filter for collecting and filtering dust from the raw materials. Other key components include fans, branch stations, material selection racks, micro-motion hoppers, photoelectric hoppers, shut-off valves, and material shut-off valves.
