PET Sheet Production Line

BC Machinery 's PET sheet and board extrusion line is designed for the continuous production of high-transparency, high-strength PET sheets and boards. This line is suitable for food packaging, electronic trays, thermoforming, advertising printing, and industrial protection, meeting customers' processing needs for both crystalline and amorphous PET materials.

The entire production line integrates a high-efficiency extruder, a precision calender, a temperature-controlled oven, a double-sided laminating device, an edge trimming and winding system, and an intelligent control unit. By optimizing the screw design and temperature control system, it ensures uniform plasticization of materials and sufficient venting, effectively reducing PET viscosity degradation and guaranteeing the surface gloss and thickness tolerance of the sheets.

The PVC Sheet Film Production Line supports optional dehumidification and drying systems (dew point stable ≤-40℃), static mixers, and online thickness measurement feedback to further improve product yield and automation. BC Machinery provides full-process technical support from process planning to equipment commissioning and has complete capabilities in supporting plastic auxiliary equipment (such as vacuum feeders, crushers, mixing units, etc.) to help customers quickly achieve stable mass production.
