Precision roll forming

The three-roll calendering unit has independent temperature control and servo adjustment, and the thickness accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, with a smooth surface without crystal points.

Energy-saving and efficient

Full frequency conversion drive and intelligent heating system save 15%-20% energy compared to traditional models.

Intelligent control system

Standard configuration includes PLC and human-machine interface, supporting recipe storage, remote operation and maintenance, and fault self-diagnosis.

 

Integrated line control

Seamlessly integrates with Bangcheng's automatic batching system, vacuum feeder, and crystallization drying system to achieve an integrated extrusion solution from raw materials to finished products.

- Sheet width: 600 – 1800 mm

- Sheet thickness: 0.2 – 3.0 mm (PP), 0.3 – 2.5 mm (PS)

- Extrusion output: 80 – 600 kg/h (depending on material and screw diameter)
