High-efficiency extrusion unit

Adopting a high-performance special screw design, it achieves uniform plasticization, high output, low energy consumption, and adapts to different PP/PE formulation requirements.

Automated feeding system

It can integrate PVC automatic mixing line, vacuum feeder, dehumidifying dryer and hopper dryer to realize integrated control from raw material conveying, drying to metering.

Stable forming and cooling

Precision calendering machine and temperature control system ensure small thickness tolerance and smooth and flat surface of the sheet.

Optional post-processing equipment

Can be used in conjunction with crushers and grinding mills to achieve online recycling of scrap materials and reduce production costs.

 

Intelligent control

Optional PLC remote monitoring and data acquisition system to help factories upgrade digitally.
