This equipment uses a high-speed rotating stirring system to fully mix PVC resin, stabilizers, lubricants and fillers in a short time. At the same time, it uses the frictional heat between the materials to raise the temperature, which allows the additives to be better adsorbed and dispersed, improving the stability of subsequent extrusion or granulation.

Working principle

 

The PVC powder high speed mixing unit uses high-speed top-mounted agitator blades to force convection motion of materials within a sealed mixing chamber. Under high-speed shearing and friction, the materials rapidly heat up and achieve uniform dispersion.

Once the temperature reaches the set value, the system automatically discharges the material into the cooling mixer, thus completing the continuous process of hot and cold mixing of PVC.
