Advantages Of The Feeding System

The feeding main unit features a non-stop motor design to reduce losses. It is equipped with a safety pressure relief valve that automatically releases pressure to protect the motor in case of overload. Typically, dual main units (A and B) operate alternately with automatic switching valves to ensure conveying stability.

The cyclone dust collector integrates an air filter and dust collector, utilizing natural centrifugal force to efficiently collect dust. It can be equipped with a high-pressure air tank for automatic filter cleaning and a shut-off valve for dust removal without shutting down the system.

The rapid feeding station consists of multiple branches, feeding multiple devices. Quick couplings ensure airtightness, improving system efficiency and ease of material changeover.

The system primarily employs vacuum conveying, using negative pressure airflow generated within a closed pipeline to transport materials. This method offers advantages such as cleanliness, pollution-free operation, adaptability to complex layouts, and low material loss.
