The shredder employs a low-speed, high-torque shearing principle, effectively solving the problem of crushing soft materials. Compared to single-shaft shredders, dual-shaft shredders offer lower speeds, higher torque, and greater efficiency. The blades are made of high-alloy 42CrMo or CrMoV high-alloy wear-resistant steel, and with a differential drive design, wear resistance is improved by more than three times.
The equipment is equipped with a Siemens PLC intelligent monitoring system, featuring automatic overload protection and reverse rotation functions to prevent machine jamming or rotor overload. Its compact structure, with a split-type chassis and bearing housing for easy daily maintenance, convenient and simple screen disassembly, and adjustable fixed blades to expand the shredding range, allows for the processing of waste materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, and wood. It is suitable for processing complex materials such as waste furniture, electronic waste, and construction waste. However, the equipment is relatively large, resulting in higher maintenance costs.
