Single-shaft crushers include the SR series, SRB series, and SRD series. SR series models, such as SR600 and SR750, have swing diameters from Φ220mm to Φ480mm, spindle speeds of 73rpm, 2 to 150 moving blades, and main engine power from 18.5kW to 2x110kW. SRB series models, such as SRB1400 and SRB1600, have a swing diameter of Φ480mm, a spindle speed of 73rpm, 80 to 150 moving blades, and main engine power from 75/90kW to 2x90/2x110kW. SRD series models, such as SRDF1600 and SRDF2100, have swing diameters from Φ480mm to Φ650mm, spindle speeds of 30-50/75-300rpm, 36 to 98 moving blades, and main engine power from 2x75kW to 280kW.
The dual-shaft shredder has a maximum feed size of 2800mm and the output particle size can be controlled in the range of 3-30mm. It adopts a low speed and high torque design, with the main shaft speed typically ranging from 12-50rpm and the torque reaching up to 18000N·m.
